Terms  of  Service

Effective: April 25, 2026Last updated: July 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Mockgo LTD(“Mockgo”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the Mockgo Photoshop plugin, the mockgo.pro website, and related services (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, downloading the plugin, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The service

Mockgo is a Photoshop UXP plugin that helps designers batch-generate product mockups, create their own templates, and watermark exports. Mockgo runs locally inside Adobe Photoshop on your computer; your design files are processed on your machine and never uploaded to our servers.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect a paid plan’s core value.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Mockgo. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission before agreeing to these Terms or paying for a subscription.

By using the Service you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for:

  • Account security. Keeping your password confidential and your contact email up to date.

  • Activity on your account. Any actions taken under your credentials are your responsibility. Notify us immediately at mockgopro@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

  • Accurate information. Providing truthful and current information when you sign up and when you make changes.

  • Two-device limit. Pro plans permit installation on up to two computers tied to your account. Business plans may include a higher limit as agreed in writing.

4. Licence to use Mockgo

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Mockgo plugin on the number of devices permitted by your plan, for your own creative work or that of your direct clients.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer. Disassemble, decompile, or extract source from the plugin, except where this is permitted by law that cannot be waived by contract.

  • Resell or sublicense. Sell, rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the Service or your account access to anyone else.

  • Share licence keys. Share, expose, or distribute your activation key or signed-in session.

  • Bypass limits. Circumvent device limits, plan quotas, watermarks on the free plan, or other technical restrictions.

  • Abuse the service. Use the Service to send spam, store malware, infringe third-party rights, or break the law.

  • Automated access. Use bots or scripts to scrape, mirror, or stress-test the Service without our written permission.

5. Free and paid plans

The Free plan provides limited monthly usage and applies a tiled watermark to exported mockups. Paid plans (Pro, Business) remove the watermark, raise or remove quotas, and unlock additional features as described on our pricing page. The current features and limits of each plan are part of these Terms by reference and may evolve over time.

6. Payments and renewals

Paid subscriptions are processed by LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, you also accept LemonSqueezy’s checkout terms. Mockgo never receives or stores your card details.

  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price.

  • Taxes. LemonSqueezy charges any applicable VAT or sales tax based on your country of residence.

  • Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the Free plan after a short grace period.

7. Refunds

Every paid subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, applied equally to monthly and annual plans. If Mockgo is not for you, email mockgopro@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund through LemonSqueezy.

After the 14-day window, fees are non-refundable. Your subscription continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

8. Cancellation and downgrades

You can cancel your paid plan at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; your Pro or Business features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account automatically reverts to the Free plan with the watermark and monthly limits.

You can also delete your account from the dashboard. Deletion permanently removes your data within 24 hours, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Pricing changes

We may change subscription prices in the future. If we change the price of a plan you are subscribed to, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change. The new price will apply to your next billing cycle. If you disagree with the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.

10. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you create with Mockgo: the mockups you export, the templates you build, and any messages or attachments you send to support.

When you submit messages or files to our support channel, you grant us a limited licence to read, store, and use that content solely to investigate and respond to your request and to improve the Service. We will not publish your support content or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Mockups and templates you create

Mockups, templates, and other outputs you create using the Service are yours. We claim no ownership and impose no royalties on commercial use. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the source materials (designs, photographs, templates) you process with Mockgo. See our Intellectual Property Policy for details, including how to report copyright concerns.

12. Our intellectual property

The Mockgo plugin, website, brand, trademarks, design system, and all related software remain our exclusive property. These Terms grant you a licence to use the Service, not ownership of any underlying technology.

13. Suspension and termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your account and licence (with or without notice) if:

  • You breach these Terms. Including but not limited to the prohibitions in Section 4.

  • Payment fails. Repeated failed renewal payments may trigger downgrade or suspension.

  • Legal or security risk. We reasonably believe your activity creates a security, legal, or reputational risk to Mockgo or other users.

  • Fraud or abuse. Including chargebacks, fake accounts, or attempts to circumvent licence limits.

Where reasonable, we will give you a chance to fix the issue first. If we terminate without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid amount on a pro-rated basis.

14. Service availability

We do our best to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages (such as Adobe, our cloud providers, or LemonSqueezy), and unforeseen events may cause downtime. Your remedy in the rare event of extended downtime is to cancel your subscription per Section 8.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any defect will be corrected.

Mockgo runs inside Adobe Photoshop, which is third-party software outside of our control. We are not responsible for issues caused by Photoshop, your operating system, or hardware.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mockgo’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of: (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mockgo LTD and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights, in materials you process with Mockgo.

18. Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mockgo LTD is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this section deprives you of the mandatory consumer-protection rights, or the right to bring proceedings, available to you under the law of your country of residence, which continue to apply where required.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms over time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you continue to use the Service after the change takes effect, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service before that date.

20. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Intellectual Property Policy form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, and supersede any prior understanding.

  • Severability. If a court finds any clause unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect.

  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.

  • Assignment. You may not transfer your account or this Agreement to anyone else without our written consent. We may transfer this Agreement to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

  • Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, war, internet failures, third-party outages).

21. Contact

For any question about these Terms, email mockgopro@gmail.com or open a thread from your dashboard contact page.
